The two sisters, Jules and Olivia, have a strained relationship due to their traumatic childhood experiences. Jules is a struggling musician who invites Olivia to attend a music festival with her and their group of friends. However, the festival turns out to be an illegal rave held in an abandoned warehouse.
After the group takes a hallucinogenic drug, they witness a murder and find themselves in a dangerous situation. The group must fight for their survival and confront their past traumas while dealing with the violent individuals they encounter.
As the 48 hours progress, tensions rise between Jules and Olivia as they confront their past issues and the present danger. The group must come together and face their biggest challenge yet to make it out alive.
The film is directed by Jacob Johnston and stars Niki Koss, Lou Ferrigno Jr., and Zachary Gordon. Dreamcatcher was released on March 5, 2021.
