Lukas, played by Jack Kane, is an aspiring farmer living in a small village in the countryside with his family. One day, savage raiders attack the village, killing his family and leaving him as the sole survivor. Filled with grief and anger, Lukas sets out on a quest for revenge.
As he travels through the countryside, Lukas encounters a majestic dragon named Siveth, voiced by Helena Bonham Carter. A strong bond develops between the two unlikely companions as they journey together. They also meet a swashbuckling, sword-fighting mercenary named Darius, played by Joseph Millson, who joins their quest for revenge.
Together, Lukas, Siveth, and Darius set out to track down the raiders responsible for the deaths of Lukas' family. Along the way, they encounter various obstacles, including fierce battles with other dragons and mercenaries. As their journey progresses, Lukas discovers the true power of friendship, loyalty, and trust.
Dragonheart: Vengeance is the fourth installment in the Dragonheart franchise and was written by Matthew Feitshans and directed by Ivan Silvestrini. The film was released in February 2020 and has received positive reviews for its engaging storyline, stunning visuals, and captivating performances.
