Dragon Tiger Gate follows the story of two brothers, Dragon Wong (Donnie Yen) and Tiger Wong (Nicholas Tse), who were separated at a young age and grew up to become martial arts experts. Dragon lives a quiet life as a fisherman, while Tiger works as a waiter at a local restaurant.
Their lives take an unexpected turn when they cross paths with the evil Shibumi (Louis Koo), the leader of the Lousha Sect, who seeks to conquer all martial arts schools in Hong Kong. Dragon and Tiger find themselves caught up in a web of deceit and betrayal as they try to stop Shibumi and his minions from destroying the martial arts world.
