The movie starts with Goku and friends enjoying a peaceful day at the beach. Dr. Gero's computer chip, which survived the destruction of his previous androids, activates and begins to rebuild Androids #13, #14, and #15. The androids are designed to seek out and kill Goku.
The scene then shifts to Goku, who is shopping at a mall with his son Gohan, Vegeta, Trunks, and Piccolo. The androids arrive and begin to attack them. Goku and his friends are surprised by the power and intelligence of the new androids, which are stronger than any previous models.
As the battle progresses, #14 and #15 are destroyed by Goku, Vegeta, and Trunks. However, #13 absorbs their inner computers and becomes a super android, with the ability to manipulate and control energy. He also gains a powerful aura that gives him the ability to deflect attacks.
Goku and the other Z-Fighters engage #13 in a difficult battle. They struggle to keep up with his new powers and martial arts techniques. Despite the android's strengths, Goku refuses to give up and manages to defeat #13 with the help of a combined Kamehameha Wave from himself, Vegeta, and Trunks.
The movie ends with Goku and his friends celebrating their victory over the androids. They realize that the threat of Dr. Gero's creations will never truly go away, and they must always be on guard for future attacks.
