As her killings become more frequent, Dr Jekyll becomes increasingly alarmed by the transformation and struggles to control Sister Hyde's urges. Meanwhile, Professor Robertson becomes suspicious of their experiments and begins to investigate.
The film climaxes with a confrontation between Sister Hyde and the police, who have been hot on her trail. Dr Jekyll attempts to turn back into his own persona to avoid capture, but Sister Hyde resists and takes over completely, leaving Dr Jekyll trapped inside her forever.
