Dr. Heckyl is a podiatrist who is known for his deformed appearance and lack of social skills. He is infatuated with a beautiful nurse named Coral, but she is not interested in him due to his unattractive appearance.
One day, Dr. Heckyl's colleague, Dr. Hinkle, gives him a secret formula he has been working on. Dr. Heckyl is skeptical but decides to try it anyway. To his surprise, the formula turns him into a handsome and charming man, complete with a new wardrobe and a new attitude.
Dr. Heckyl, now going by the name Mr. Hype, begins to use his new persona to seduce women and live out his previously unattainable dreams. However, his newfound confidence also brings out a violent side, as Mr. Hype becomes increasingly erratic and dangerous.
Meanwhile, Dr. Hinkle realizes the side effects of his formula and attempts to intervene before it's too late. However, Mr. Hype is determined to continue his newfound lifestyle and will stop at nothing to keep his new identity intact.
As the line between Dr. Heckyl and Mr. Hype becomes increasingly blurred, chaos ensues, leading to a dramatic and surprising conclusion.
