Down 2 Come Up is a crime drama film that follows the story of a man named Marcellus "Money" Chambers, who gets released from prison after serving a five-year sentence. He returns home to Atlanta, Georgia, only to find that the game has changed in his absence.
Money's girlfriend, Syd, has become a stripper and is working at a club in Bankhead, a notorious neighborhood in Atlanta known for its drug dealers and gangs.
