The Blind Man, whose real name is Norman Nordstrom, is a veteran who lost his sight during the Gulf War. He lives in a secluded cabin with a young girl named Phoenix, whom he has been raising as his own daughter since she was orphaned in a devastating house fire. Norman has taught Phoenix how to navigate the world without sight, and the two have a close and affectionate bond.
However, their peaceful existence is shattered when a group of ruthless criminals break into their home and kidnap Phoenix. The leader of the group is a man named Raylan, who is looking for revenge against Norman for killing his brother in the events of the first movie, Don't Breathe.
Norman is forced to leave the safety of his cabin and venture out into the dangerous world to rescue Phoenix. Despite his lack of sight, Norman is a formidable fighter and a skilled tactician, using his heightened hearing and other senses to track down the kidnappers and outsmart them at every turn.
As Norman searches for Phoenix, he discovers dark secrets about her past and the people who are after her. Along the way, he faces challenging moral dilemmas and grapples with his own traumas from the war.
In the climactic showdown, Norman faces off against Raylan and his gang in a tense and violent battle. The Blind Man proves to be a fierce opponent, using his skills and ingenuity to take down his enemies one by one and rescue Phoenix.
The movie ends with Norman and Phoenix returning to their cabin, where they are safe once again. However, the events of the kidnapping have left them both scarred, and they must find a way to heal and move forward together.
