In Dollman vs. Demonic Toys, Judith Grey (played by Tracy Scoggins) is a policewoman who has previously encountered the evil Demonic Toys. When the Toys reappear and start causing chaos once again, she turns to the only person she thinks can help her: Dollman.

Dollman (played by Tim Thomerson) is a 12 inch tall alien cop who has previously fought the Toys. He arrives on Earth and teams up with his girlfriend, Nurse Ginger (played by Melissa Behr), who is also 12 inches tall. Together, they head to the deserted toy factory where the Toys are hiding out.

Once there, they discover that the Toys are trying to summon a demon named Bael (voiced by Phil Brock), who will bring about the end of the world. Dollman and Nurse Ginger must fight off the Toys and prevent them from completing their ritual, while also trying to stop Bael from being summoned.

The Toys include the familiar faces of Baby Oopsie Daisy, Jack Attack, and Grizzly Teddy, as well as the new addition of a robotic soldier toy. They use their various abilities to try and take down Dollman and Nurse Ginger, but the miniature heroes are more than a match for them.

As the battle rages on, Dollman and Nurse Ginger must also confront their own personal demons, including Dollman's guilt over not being able to protect his family and Nurse Ginger's fear of being trapped in her tiny form forever.

In the end, Dollman and Nurse Ginger emerge victorious, with the Toys (and Bael) defeated once again. The movie ends with Dollman and Nurse Ginger flying off into the sunset, ready to face whatever other intergalactic threats come their way.
