Adventure  United States of America

Doc Savage: The Man of Bronze is a 1975 adventure film directed by Michael Anderson and based on the popular pulp novels of the 1930s and '40s. The film stars Ron Ely as the titular character, a superhuman adventurer with extraordinary abilities in science, medicine, technology, and martial arts, who sets out to solve the mystery of his father's death in the wilds of South America.

Accompanied by his five Amazing Adventurers - the chemist Monk, the electrical engineer Ham, the archaeologist Johnny, the geologist Renny, and the lawyer Long Tom - Doc Savage travels to the country of Hidalgo to investigate his father's disappearance and uncover a vast horde of Incan gold. Along the way, they encounter a variety of obstacles and adversaries, including the treacherous Captain Seas, who seeks to thwart their mission and claim the gold for himself.

As they progress deeper into the jungle, Doc and his team face numerous challenges, from deadly jungle creatures to treacherous river rapids to fierce native warriors. Using his wits and his amazing physical and mental abilities, Doc Savage battles his way through each obstacle, uncovering clues and piecing together the mystery of his father's death.

Ultimately, Doc and his team confront Captain Seas and his army of mercenaries in a final showdown, using all their skills and resources to defeat their enemy and uncover the truth about the Incan gold. Along the way, Doc also discovers some surprising revelations about his own family history and the legacy of his father's work.

Doc Savage: The Man of Bronze was intended as the first in a series of films based on the popular character but was not successful enough to spawn sequels. However, the film has since gained a cult following among fans of pulp and adventure fiction.
