Ditch Boys follows the story of five friends who head out to a desert party for a night of drinking, drugs, and debauchery. After arriving at the party, they quickly realize that they have been lured into a trap by a mad scientist named Dr. Malice, who has created a killer creature that will stop at nothing to protect her creator.
As the group tries to figure out how to escape, they discover that they are not alone in the desert. Joining forces with a shy scientist named Simon and two stoners named Chaz and Teddy, the group sets out to survive the attacks from the killer creature and Dr. Malice's henchmen who are hunting them down.
As the night wears on, the group learns more about the evil that they are facing and the twisted motivations of the mad scientist behind it all. With their lives on the line, they must band together and use their unique skills and personalities to outsmart their enemies and make it out alive.
