In the movie Did You Hear About the Morgans?, the estranged couple, Paul and Meryl Morgan, are played by Hugh Grant and Sarah Jessica Parker respectively. They witness a murder committed by a hitman hired to kill Meryl's client, a powerful business magnate. The FBI puts them under witness protection and sends them to a remote location in Wyoming to keep them safe from the hitman and the dangerous criminal network he belongs to.
The Morgans are not used to the rugged lifestyle of small-town living, especially Meryl, who is accustomed to the glamour and sophistication of New York City. However, they must rely on each other to survive and try to mend their broken relationship. Along the way, they encounter a cast of quirky characters, including a friendly sheriff played by Sam Elliott, and a world-renowned bear tracker played by Mary Steenburgen.
As they adjust to their new surroundings, the Morgans begin to rediscover their love for each other and try to rebuild their relationship. However, their idyllic new life is threatened when the hitman tracks them down and they must fight to survive and bring him to justice.
