Kim and Theo both had plans to do some Black Friday shopping for the holiday season. They accidentally bump into each other near a popular department store, and the immediate attraction between them is palpable. They both end up helping each other pick out gifts for their family and friends, and it becomes apparent that they have a lot in common.
As they make their way through the crowded store, they experience a sudden power outage, which causes a lot of confusion and panic among shoppers. Kim and Theo get separated in the chaos, and despite their best efforts, they can't seem to find each other as they continue shopping.
Over the next few days, both Kim and Theo can't stop thinking about each other, and they both feel like they've let something special slip away. They try to remember any details they can about each other, such as the gifts they were buying or the clothes they were wearing, but it's not enough to track each other down.
As Christmas approaches, Kim and Theo both feel the loss of not being able to find each other, and they begin to wonder if it was fate or bad luck that caused them to get separated. But just when all hope seems lost, an unexpected encounter gives them a chance to reconnect and discover if their spark was truly meant to be ignited.
