The two arms dealers, Mark and Greig, are being chased by the police during a deal gone wrong. They take refuge in a toy factory and are killed by the demon, who possesses Mark's body. The demon's ultimate goal is to find a suitable vessel to permanently inhabit and unleashes an army of demonic toys to do his bidding.
The police officers, including Judith Grey (played by Tracy Scoggins) and Matt Cable (played by Jeff Celentano), enter the factory to investigate and are soon trapped inside with the demonic toys. They must find a way to survive the night and stop the demon before it's too late.
The demon's main targets are Judith, who is pregnant, and her unborn child, as they hold the key to his ultimate power. The demonic toys, including a jack-in-the-box, a baby doll, and a teddy bear, use their animated abilities to attack the police officers and hinder their efforts to stop the demon.
As the night wears on, secrets are revealed and alliances are tested, leading to a climactic battle between the police officers and the demon. In the end, the demon is defeated, but not before causing chaos and destruction with its demonic toys.
