In the movie, Tanjirō, Inosuke, and Zenitsu are tasked with investigating a series of disappearances on the Infinity Train. Along the way, they meet the Flame Hashira, Kyōjurō Rengoku, who joins them on their mission. They soon discover that the demon responsible for the disappearances is Enmu, one of the members of the Twelve Kizuki, a powerful group of demons that serve under their leader, Muzan Kibutsuji.
As they battle Enmu, the demon uses his powers to trap the demon slayers in their own dreams, causing them to relive their deepest desires and fears. However, with the help of Rengoku's unwavering determination and Tanjirō's tenacity, the group is able to overcome the demon's tricks and defeat him.
Throughout the movie, the characters also grapple with their own personal struggles and inner demons, particularly Tanjirō, who continues to mourn the loss of his family and seeks a way to turn his sister Nezuko, who was turned into a demon, back to human form.
