As Isabella tries to navigate the dangerous situation she finds herself in, she must also confront her own inner demons and struggles. She comes face to face with her fears and insecurities, and is forced to dig deep within herself to find the strength and courage to fight back against her attacker.
Throughout the movie, flashbacks reveal the tumultuous history of Isabella and Patrick's relationship, shedding light on the issues that have plagued their marriage. As Isabella fights for her life, she also grapples with the realization that she must confront her own past and make difficult decisions about her future.
As the tension rises and the body count mounts, Isabella must rely on her wits and her inner strength to outsmart her predator and survive the deadly yoga retreat. Will she be able to make it out alive and potentially find a way to save her marriage, or will the dark forces at play prove to be too powerful to overcome?
