Deadly Prey is a 1987 action film directed by David A. Prior. The film follows the story of Michael Danton, a former Special Forces operative who is kidnapped by an army of mercenaries who have been hired by a wealthy landowner to train his troops. The mercenary group is led by Colonel John Hogan, a ruthless and sadistic leader who enjoys torturing and killing innocent people.
Michael is taken to their secret training camp in the wilderness, and is forced to fight for his life against the recruits, who are trained to kill without mercy. However, Michael has been trained to be the ultimate killing machine, and he soon turns the tables on his captors. Armed with nothing but his wits and his combat skills, Michael begins to take out the mercenaries one by one, using their own weapons against them and gaining the upper hand in a deadly game of cat and mouse.
As the bloody fight goes on, Michael is joined by his wife, who has been searching for him since his disappearance. Together, they face off against Colonel Hogan and his remaining mercenaries in a final showdown that will determine the fate of all involved.
Deadly Prey is known for its over-the-top action scenes, gratuitous violence, and absurd storyline. Despite its low budget and flawed production, the film has gained a cult following over the years and is considered a classic of the action genre.
