After starting college, 18-year-old Lila moves into her own apartment and quickly becomes intrigued by the charming and attractive father next door, Jake. Despite the fact that he is married with two children, Lila begins to flirt with Jake at every opportunity.
As Lila's obsession with Jake intensifies, she becomes more and more determined to have him for herself. She starts to intentionally sabotage his marriage, causing rifts between Jake and his wife, Sarah, by sneaking into their house and altering things around.
However, when Jake finally rejects her advances, Lila's infatuation takes a dangerous turn. She begins plotting to destroy his marriage and family, leading to increasingly violent and desperate measures.
As the situation becomes more and more dangerous, Jake realizes the extent of Lila's obsession and must take action to protect his family before it's too late.
