Dead Fred is a comedy-inspired thriller film that follows the story of three women who reunite at the home of their longtime friend, Liz. However, the reunion quickly turns into a nightmare when they discover that Liz's husband, Fred, who has been missing for four years, is still in the house. The three friends are shocked to see Fred's frozen body in the basement, and it turns out that Liz has been keeping him there all this time, pretending that he had simply disappeared.
As the women grapple with this shocking discovery, they also have to confront their own personal struggles. Among the three, there's Emily, a struggling artist who is trying to find her voice; Kat, a successful businesswoman who is battling with infertility; and Suzie, a single mother who is struggling to raise her son on her own. As they try to figure out what to do with Fred's body, they are also forced to confront their own secrets and inner demons.
The film is filled with dark humor and witty one-liners, making it an entertaining ride from start to finish. It's a story about female friendship, betrayal, and redemption, and how even the darkest secrets can be uncovered and confronted when women come together.
