Dark of the Sun is a 1968 war film set in the Congo during the early 1960s. The film follows a band of mercenaries led by Captain Curry, played by Rod Taylor, as they are hired by a Belgian company to retrieve $25 million in diamonds from a mine deep in rebel territory.
