"Damage" is a 2009 action drama film directed by Jeff F. King. The film follows the story of John Brickner (played by Steve Austin), a former mixed martial arts fighter who has just been released from prison after serving time for accidentally killing a man in a bar fight.
John's life takes a turn when he meets Frankie (played by Walton Goggins), the father of the man he killed. Frankie's daughter is in need of a heart transplant, and John sees an opportunity to repay his debt by fighting in underground MMA fights to raise the money needed for the operation.
As John begins to train and fight, he forms a deep bond with Frankie and his daughter. He also finds support and friendship in his fellow fighters, including Reno (played by Donnelly Rhodes) and Moon (played by Laura Vandervoort).
Throughout the film, John struggles with his guilt over his past actions and battles with his opponents in the cage. However, with the stakes high and Frankie's daughter's life on the line, John fights with everything he has to try and save her.
