Daltry Calhoun (played by Johnny Knoxville) is a former golf pro who now manages a struggling golf club in the small town of Ducktown, Tennessee. Despite his best efforts, the club is losing money and on the verge of bankruptcy.
As if that wasn't enough, Daltry also has to deal with his estranged daughter June (played by Sophie Traub), who shows up unannounced at the club one day. June is a musical prodigy who has been living with her mother in New York City, but she wants to reconnect with her father and his rural lifestyle.
Daltry is initially resistant to June's presence, but he soon realizes that she could be the key to saving the club. He decides to host a benefit concert featuring June's music, and enlists the help of his eccentric friends and neighbors to make it happen.
Along the way, Daltry learns important lessons about fatherhood, responsibility, and the true meaning of success. With the help of June and the rest of the community, he is able to turn the club around and get back on track.
