In Daddy's Home 2, Brad and Dusty have finally found a way to co-parent their children, but their plans for a peaceful holiday season are derailed when their own fathers come to visit. Brad's overly affectionate and emotional father Don, and Dusty's tough and demanding macho dad Kurt, arrive on the scene and immediately clash with each other, creating chaos and tension for everyone.
As the holidays progress, Brad and Dusty try to manage their fathers' eccentricities and egos, but their efforts to keep the peace are met with escalating pranks, misunderstandings, and even a wild trip to a ski resort. Don and Kurt also attempt to bond with their grandchildren, but struggle to connect with them in meaningful ways.
