Maya is a young girl living in Los Angeles who identifies as a queer pixie, someone who is gender fluid and embraces their femininity. Maya spends most of her time on Instagram, scrolling through photos and videos of people she admires. One day, she comes across a sexually fluid model named Jasmine and becomes instantly infatuated.
Maya begins to obsess over Jasmine's Instagram profile, liking every post and commenting on every photo. Eventually, Jasmine responds to Maya's comments and the two start talking. Maya is thrilled to have caught Jasmine's attention and the two quickly become romantically involved.
