June and Carl's parents were killed by a supernatural entity in the form of a scarecrow when they were infants. Despite being eyewitnesses to the event, no one believed them, and the case was closed as an unsolvable murder-suicide.
Years later, June returns to her hometown to investigate her brother's suicide. She discovers that he had become obsessed with the legend of the Scarecrow and was attempting to prove its existence. June's curiosity leads her to the family home, where strange occurrences begin to happen, and she is forced to confront the demon that killed her parents.
As June delves deeper into the Scarecrow's legend, she uncovers a shocking truth – the spirit is seeking revenge on the town that wronged him, and he will stop at nothing to get it. June teams up with her brother's former colleagues and the local sheriff to try and stop the Scarecrow before it's too late.
In a race against time, June and her allies must find a way to destroy the Scarecrow's cursed soul before it claims any more victims. The film is a suspenseful and frightening horror story with plenty of twists and turns, keeping viewers on the edge of their seats until the very end.
