Cube 2: Hypercube is a 2002 Canadian independent science fiction horror film directed by Andrzej Sekuła and produced by Ernie Barbarash, Ian Manson, and Peter Block. The film is a sequel to the 1997 film Cube, but with a different plot and characters.

The film begins with a young woman named Becky (played by Kari Matchett) waking up in a strange room with no memory of how she got there. She soon discovers that she is trapped in a bizarre, high-tech cube-shaped structure that constantly shifts its walls and floors. She meets seven other people, each with their own unique skills and personalities, who are also trapped in the cube.

As they try to find a way out, the group discovers that the cube is not just a maze, but a machine that alters space and time. They encounter various traps, including a room that switches gravity and a rotating room that causes vertigo. They also find a mysterious room filled with symbols and clues that hint at the true nature of the cube and their purpose for being there.

As tensions rise and alliances form, the group must work together to solve the puzzles and escape the cube before it reaches its final transformation and kills them all.

Cube 2: Hypercube features impressive visual effects and a haunting score by Michael Andrews. The film was praised for its inventive plot and suspenseful atmosphere, although some critics felt that it lacked the originality and simplicity of the first film.
