Crying Freeman is a 1995 action movie based on a Japanese manga series. The movie follows the story of Yo Hinomura (played by Mark Dacascos), a skilled assassin who works for a secret Chinese organization known as "The Dragons." Despite his deadly reputation, he is known to shed tears of regret every time he kills someone.
One day, Yo is assigned to assassinate a Yakuza boss. He successfully carries out the mission, but the boss's daughter, Emu O'Hara (played by Julie Condra), witnesses the killing. She becomes fascinated by Yo's grace and skill and eventually falls in love with him.
As the Yakuza bosses fight for leadership, Yo and Emu are caught in the middle of a violent power struggle. Yo's own organization, as well as the police, are also after him, adding to the danger of their situation. The movie is filled with action-packed fight scenes and tension-filled plot twists as Yo and Emu try to survive and build a life together in a world of violence and betrayal.
