Crush and Blush (aka Miss Carrot) is a South Korean movie directed by Lee Kyoung-mi and released in 2008. The movie stars Gong Hyo-jin as Yang Mi Sook, a lonely and socially awkward Russian teacher at a high school. Mi Sook, who has a crush on her colleague Seo, is constantly teased by her students who call her "Miss Carrot" due to her red hair and freckles.

Mi Sook's life changes when a young and attractive teacher named Yuri (played by Lee Jong-hyuk) comes to the school and becomes her competitor for Seo's attention. Mi Sook becomes jealous and envious of Yuri, and tries to sabotage her by spreading rumors and lies about her.

However, Mi Sook's plans backfire when Seo's rebellious teenage daughter, Jong Hee (played by Seo Woo), sees through her lies and decides to help Yuri instead. Jong Hee and Yuri team up to expose Mi Sook's lies and reveal her true intentions.

Crush and Blush is a dark comedy that explores themes of jealousy, obsession, and social anxiety. The movie received critical acclaim for its unique storytelling and strong performances from the cast. Gong Hyo-jin won Best Actress at the Korean Association of Film Critics Awards for her portrayal of Mi Sook.
