Cruella de Vil is a wealthy and fashionable woman who becomes obsessed with obtaining a coat made from the coats of Dalmatian puppies. She enlists the help of two henchmen, Jasper and Horace, to kidnap the puppies from their owners. Cruella plans to have them killed and turned into a fur coat.
Despite the efforts of the puppies' parents, Pongo and Perdita, to rescue their offspring, the puppies are taken to Cruella's country estate. There, Cruella begins the process of skinning the puppies and making a coat out of their fur.
However, Pongo and Perdita manage to enlist the help of other animals across London to track down and rescue the puppies. The group sets off on a daring rescue mission, which ultimately leads to a high-speed car chase between Cruella and the animal heroes.
In the end, Cruella is defeated and arrested for her evil actions. The puppies are safely returned to their families, and Cruella's fate is left to the legal system.
