As Lia and Achi navigate the bustling streets of Istanbul, they encounter a variety of characters who lead them closer to finding Tekla. Along the way, they discover the challenges and discrimination faced by transgender individuals in Turkey, as well as the beauty and complexity of the city itself.
As Lia and Achi delve deeper into their search, they must confront their own biases and prejudices, learning to accept and understand Tekla for who she truly is. Along the way, they form unexpected friendships and alliances with members of the LGBTQ+ community in Istanbul, who help them in their quest to find Tekla.
Ultimately, Lia and Achi's journey leads them to a remote village in Turkey where they finally reunite with Tekla.
