In Critters 2, the tiny, carnivorous creatures known as Critters return to wreak havoc on the small town of Grover's Bend. The film begins with a batch of Critter eggs being mistaken for Easter eggs by the locals, leading to their accidental hatching. Soon, the Critters are on the loose, attacking and devouring anything in their path.
The film follows the efforts of a group of townspeople who band together to try and stop the Critters from destroying the town and its inhabitants. Among the group is the returning hero, bounty hunter Charlie McFadden, who is called in to help deal with the Critter infestation.
