Creed III is the third installment of the Rocky spin-off franchise, following the story of Adonis Creed, the son of the late boxing legend, Apollo Creed. The movie is directed by Michael B. Jordan, who also stars in the lead role as Adonis Creed.
The plot of the movie revolves around Adonis' personal and professional life, as he tries to balance his career as a champion boxer and his family responsibilities as a husband and father. However, his life is turned upside down when his childhood friend, Damien Anderson, reappears on the scene. Damien is a former boxing prodigy who was jailed for a long time, and he sees Adonis as his ticket to redemption.
