Crazy Alien follows the story of Geng Hao, a self-proclaimed monkey trainer in a small Chinese town. His act involves a monkey performing various tricks, much to the delight of the local audience. However, things take a turn for the worse when a UFO crash-lands near Geng's home, injuring his monkey and causing chaos in the town.
The alien, known as "Ugly One," is a quirky and mischievous creature who initially wreaks havoc on the town. Geng sees an opportunity to salvage his act and attempts to train the alien to perform alongside his monkey. He spends hours trying to teach Ugly One how to ride a bike, juggle, and climb trees, but with little success.
As time goes on, Geng and Ugly One develop a bond, and the alien begins to reveal more about himself. He explains that he is a fugitive from another planet and is being pursued by dangerous beings. Geng begins to feel responsible for the alien's safety and tries to help him evade capture.
However, the situation takes a dark turn when Ugly One's powers are restored, and he unleashes them on the town, causing chaos and destruction. Geng is punished for his role in the incident and is left to reflect on the consequences of his actions.
