Crawl is a 2019 American disaster horror film directed by Alexandre Aja and written by Michael and Shawn Rasmussen. The film follows a young woman named Haley Keller, played by Kaya Scodelario, who gets trapped inside her home during a Category 5 hurricane. When she goes to check on her father, played by Barry Pepper, she finds him gravely injured in the crawl space beneath the house, which is quickly filling up with water.
As the two try to find a way out, they soon realize they are not alone in the flooded house. A swarm of alligators has been washed into the area, and they are hungry and incredibly aggressive. Haley and her father must fight for their lives against the deadly predators, using all their wits and survival skills to outmaneuver and outsmart them.
