Tony is a highly skilled thief who along with his crew, steals a valuable set of black diamonds from a highly secured location. However, they soon realize that one of their accomplices had double-crossed them and stolen the diamonds for himself. Tony and his crew track down the traitor only to find out that he has already sold the diamonds to a buyer.
Meanwhile, former cop-turned-criminal Ling finds out about the valuable black diamonds and sees an opportunity to get rich quick. He kidnaps Tony's daughter and demands the diamonds as ransom. Tony is left with no choice but to look for the diamonds and his daughter.
Tony seeks help from a highly skilled government agent named Su, who has a personal vendetta against Ling. Ling had killed Su's partner in the past, and Su sees this as an opportunity to take revenge on him. Su and Tony team up to find the diamonds and rescue Tony's daughter.
The search leads them to various locations, including a high-security prison, where they encounter dangerous criminals and assassins hired by Ling. As they get closer to finding the diamonds, Ling becomes more desperate, and the stakes get higher.
In the end, Tony and Su manage to get the diamonds, rescue Tony's daughter, and take down Ling. However, they discover a shocking truth about the diamonds that changes everything.
