After being arrested, Amaia and the other girls are brought before the Inquisition and interrogated about their activities in the forest. Despite denying any involvement in witchcraft, they are subjected to torture in an effort to force a confession out of them.
Meanwhile, Judge Rostegui becomes increasingly obsessed with the idea of rooting out evil in the region, convinced that the girls' coven is just the tip of the iceberg. He begins to target other women in the community, leading to a wave of arrests and accusations of witchcraft.
As the hysteria spreads, Amaia and her friends must fight to prove their innocence and protect themselves from the ruthless persecution of the Inquisition. With their lives on the line, they must rely on their strength and solidarity to survive in a world where superstition and fear reign supreme.
