In Command Performance, Dolph Lundgren plays Joe, a former biker and now the drummer of a heavy metal band who finds himself caught up in a dangerous situation when a group of armed extremists takes everyone at a Moscow charity concert hostage, including the Russian President and his family.
Joe teams up with a young Russian F.S.B. agent named Mikhail, played by newcomer Alexander Nevsky, to take on the terrorists and save the lives of the hostages. However, they soon discover that the situation is much more complex than it initially seemed, as they are dragged into a web of political intrigue and old Soviet-era conspiracies.
As the tense standoff between the terrorists and the hostages continues, Joe and Mikhail must use all of their skills and resources to outwit their heavily armed opponents and to keep themselves and the hostages alive. But with time running out and the stakes getting higher, the odds begin to stack up against them, and they realize that they may have to make the ultimate sacrifice to save the lives of those around them.
