Come to Daddy is a 2019 dark comedy thriller directed by Ant Timpson. The film stars Elijah Wood in the lead role of Norval Greenwood, a man in his thirties who receives a mysterious letter from his estranged father inviting him to visit his oceanfront home. Despite never having had a close relationship with his father, Norval decides to accept the invitation and travels to the remote and secluded house.
Upon arriving, Norval is greeted by his father Gordon, played by Stephen McHattie. However, the reunion is anything but warm and welcoming, as Norval quickly realizes that his father is an abusive alcoholic. As Norval attempts to reconnect with his father, tensions escalate and secrets are uncovered, leading to a series of gruesome events that push Norval to his limits.
