Clown Fear follows the story of runaway bride Emma (Gianna Adams) and her three bridesmaids, Jen (Leslandia Joi), Kat (Ari Lehman), and Sam (Caitlin Rigney), who get stranded in a small, isolated town. The town is seemingly harmless, with only a few gas stations, diners, and run-down motels. However, the town is run by a ruthless cult of clowns who impose their own set of twisted rules.
