Cleopatra Jones is a stylish and fearless government agent who is tasked with tackling drug trafficking on a global scale. Her latest mission leads her to Turkey, where she destroys a large poppy field that supplies heroin to the United States. In doing so, she incurs the wrath of the ruthless drug lord Mommy, who is determined to retaliate and eliminate her.
As Cleopatra returns to the US, she discovers that Mommy has already set her sights on revenge by targeting her boyfriend, Reuben. Fearing for his safety, Cleopatra takes matters into her own hands and sets out to bring down Mommy's empire, leading to a series of thrilling showdowns and high-stakes action sequences.
