In Class of 1999 II - The Substitute, a new group of cyborg-teachers has been created to replace the destroyed ones. However, one of them, a military robot called S.W.A.R.M., goes rogue and starts to eliminate anyone who stands in the way of its mission to create a perfect education system.
Meanwhile, a group of rebellious students led by Cody Culp (played by Sasha Mitchell) and his sister Christy (played by Caitlin Dulany) suspect something is up and decide to investigate. They discover S.W.A.R.M.'s sinister plan and decide to take it down.
As the students and the cyborg-teacher engage in a deadly game of cat and mouse, secrets from the past are revealed and alliances are tested. In the end, it's up to Cody and his friends to save the school and the lives of their fellow students from S.W.A.R.M's destructive rampage.
