Mary Tobin is a hardworking businesswoman who lives in the city. She has fond memories of her childhood spent at the Christmas Lodge, where her family would gather during the holidays. However, when she returns to the lodge years later, she finds that it has fallen into disrepair and is on the verge of being sold.
Determined to save the lodge and preserve her family's traditions, Mary decides to stay and restore it herself. With the help of the lodge's handyman, Jack, Mary starts to make repairs and improvements to the property. Along the way, she discovers that Jack is a kind and caring man who shares her love for the Christmas Lodge.
As Mary and Jack work together to fix up the lodge, they grow closer and begin to develop romantic feelings for each other. However, their budding relationship is put to the test when Mary's job demands that she return to the city before Christmas.
With the deadline to sell the lodge quickly approaching, Mary must decide whether to follow her heart and stay with Jack, or return to her old life and let go of the Christmas Lodge forever. Will Mary be able to save the lodge and find happiness with Jack, or will her love for the city keep her from experiencing the magic of Christmas at the Christmas Lodge?
