Charlie Sawyer is a driven data analyst who is tasked with solving the problem of declining sales at her company's brick and mortar locations before Christmas. When she discovers that the company's best performing location is doing something unique, she is sent to investigate and replicate their success at other locations.
Upon meeting Grant Levinson, the manager of the successful store, Charlie discovers that he has discovered the secret to success by creating a festive and welcoming atmosphere that inspires both customers and employees. Despite initial resistance from Grant, Charlie begins to work with him to implement his strategies at other locations.
As the two work together, they begin to develop a connection, and Charlie finds herself falling for the charismatic and kind-hearted Grant. However, Charlie's boss makes it clear that the success of the project and the future of the brick and mortar stores is dependent on replicating Grant's success, leaving Charlie torn between her job and her heart.
As Christmas approaches and the pressure to succeed mounts, Charlie must decide whether to follow her head or her heart, and find a way to save the company and discover true love in the process.
