Allison's world is turned upside down when she discovers that her husband, Kyle, has been having an affair with a colleague at work. As she struggles to come to terms with this betrayal, strange things start happening around her. She has vivid nightmares and begins to see terrifying hallucinations. Her son, Neron, seems to be at the center of all these strange happenings.
Allison seeks the help of her husband's friend, Father Marcus, who is a skeptic but becomes convinced that there is indeed something supernatural happening. However, the three of them soon realize that Neron is the key to the mystery. He possesses an ancient evil that has been lying dormant and could unleash an apocalypse upon the earth.
