Chicken Girls: The Movie is based on the popular YouTube series of the same name, which revolves around a group of middle school students, known as the Chicken Girls, and their everyday struggles. The movie is set during spring and sees a new principal, Ms. Hidalgo taking charge of the school. She threatens to cancel the annual Spring Fling dance, which is the most anticipated event of the year. The Chicken Girls, led by Rhyme, decide to team up to save the dance by coming up with creative ideas to convince Ms. Hidalgo to change her mind.

As they tackle the challenge against the clock, Rhyme (played by Annie LeBlanc) also has to deal with her personal drama with her ex-best friend, Kayla (played by Hayley LeBlanc), who seems to be trying to sabotage her at every turn. Rhyme also has to come to terms with her feelings for her long-time crush, Ezra (played by Dylan Conrique), who seems to be more interested in a popular girl.

The movie is a blend of humor, drama, and romance, and it highlights the importance of teamwork, determination, and friendship. It also features musical performances by the cast, including "Photograph" by Annie LeBlanc. The movie is directed by Chicken Girls creator, Janey Feingold, and is available to stream on YouTube Premium.
