Cheerleader Chainsaw Chicks follows three best friends and competitive cheerleaders, Jamie, Madison, and Sophia, attending a cheer camp in the middle of nowhere. While there, they stumble upon a top-secret government facility and decide to sneak in to check it out.
As they explore the facility, they witness a group of armed robbers stealing sensitive government information and kidnapping one of the scientists. Unfortunately, the girls are caught in the crossfire and are also taken hostage.
With time running out, the three girls must band together and use their cheerleading skills to fight their way out of the facility. However, they soon realize they cannot do it alone and seek the help of the camp manager, a rugged and charming southern man who also happens to be an expert in tactical combat and weaponry.
With their new ally leading the way, the cheerleaders embark on a dangerous rescue mission, where they must face off against heavily armed goons and outsmart a brilliant mastermind planning to use the stolen information for his own gain.
