Charm City Kings follows the story of Mouse (Jahi Di'Allo Winston), a 14-year-old living in Baltimore who is drawn to the world of dirt bike riding and the Midnight Clique, a gang of riders who dominate the city streets. Mouse's older brother Stro is in prison and he is being raised by his mother and her boyfriend, the latter of whom disapproves of Mouse's newfound interest and tries to steer him towards a more traditional path.
Blax (Meek Mill), the leader of the Midnight Clique, takes Mouse under his wing and becomes a mentor figure to him, teaching him the ins and outs of dirt bike riding and showing him the ropes of the gang lifestyle. This puts Mouse in conflict with his mother and her boyfriend, as well as his best friend Lamont (Donielle T. Hansley Jr.) who is scared of the potentially dangerous consequences of their new hobby.
As Mouse becomes more involved with the Midnight Clique, he finds himself rushing headlong into a world of fast money and violence, and must ultimately make a decision between loyalty to his friends and family, or the alluring promise of power and respect that the gang offers.
