However, her happiness is short-lived as a family tragedy strikes, revealing a dark secret from her past.

Feeling overwhelmed by the weight of her experiences and the threats of the war, Charlotte embarks on a mission to paint her life story in its entirety, believing that this extraordinary act will save her from the turmoil around her.
