Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle is a 2003 action-comedy film directed by McG and stars Cameron Diaz, Drew Barrymore, and Lucy Liu as the eponymous Angels. The film is a sequel to the 2000 film Charlie's Angels and sees the Angels on a mission to retrieve two titanium rings that contain the personal information of people in the Witness Protection Program.
The opening sequence of the film shows the Angels retrieving a set of stolen rings from a high-security laboratory in Mongolia. The Angels are tasked with finding these rings before they fall into the wrong hands and put the lives of those in the Witness Protection Program in danger.

The Angels soon realize that a rogue former Angel named Madison Lee (played by Demi Moore) is behind the murders and is also after the rings. Madison was expelled from the agency after failing to complete a mission and has since become an enemy of the Angels.
In their quest to retrieve the rings and stop Madison, the Angels encounter numerous obstacles and action-packed scenarios, including car chases, fights, and explosions. They are aided by several people, including a character named "The Thin Man" (played by Crispin Glover), who is revealed to have ties to Madison.
Ultimately, the Angels succeed in stopping Madison and obtaining the rings. Through various twists and turns, they also discover a shocking truth about the identity of Charlie, their mysterious boss who communicates with them only through speakerphone. The film ends with the Angels continuing their work as crime-fighting agents, with a new member added to their team.
