The film follows the story of 8-year-old Tim, whose life is turned upside down when he and his mother are abducted by a sadistic serial killer named Bob. Bob begins to teach Tim the tricks of the trade, forcing him to clean up the mess after his kills and making him an accomplice to his crimes.
As Tim grows into his teens, he becomes increasingly conflicted about his situation and attempts to escape, only to be caught and brutally punished by Bob. One day, while cleaning a warehouse, Tim discovers Marco, a man who has been chained up for years by Bob. The two strike up an unlikely friendship, with Marco sharing stories about his life and offering advice to Tim.
Over time, Tim and Marco's friendship deepens, and Tim begins to confide in him about the abuse and bullying he has faced in his life. Sensing an opportunity for a new start, Marco encourages Tim to stand up for himself and take control of his life.
However, after a violent betrayal by Tim, the predator becomes the prey, as he is forced to confront the consequences of his actions and make a choice that may cost both their lives.
Chained is a dark and disturbing film that explores the complex relationship between a victim and their abuser, and the seemingly insurmountable obstacles they must overcome to break free from their cycle of violence.
